We ship worldwide and take full responsibility for your order from confirmation through delivery — unless you select a different carrier.

What We Handle
NESTKARTER prepares and dispatches every order. This preparation takes 3–7 days. Once dispatched, your package enters standard shipping transit, estimated at 14–30 days. These timeframes apply only to orders shipped using carriers selected by NESTKARTER.

What Affects Timing
Transit duration may vary depending on public holidays, destination countries, bad weather, and international courier performance. While estimates reflect typical conditions, the longest time for NESTKARTER-managed shipping will not exceed 30 days.

Who Bears Responsibility
NESTKARTER is fully responsible for loss, damage, or delay during transit — but only for packages shipped via NESTKARTER-selected carriers. If you choose an alternative carrier, all responsibility for transit—including delays, loss, or damage—shifts to you.
